Horrible experience

Horrible experience . Firstly the order got misplaced , there was no tracking. Finally after numerous emails we got our order after a month .
The quality is just not good ! The pictures keep falling off from the wall. Overall absolutely dissatisfied. It was a complete waste of time effort and money

Love your prints

We ordered a print, had it delivered quickly and it is lovely! Colour and sharpness of photo are perfect. 90% of pictures on the walls of our lake condo are from Best canvas.ca and we love them.

My second order arrived and I was…

My second order arrived and I was extremely pleased with all my canvas prints. I am not really thrilled on all the different in-transit companies that are involved from your plant to my door, but when the prints arrive they have been packed and delivered in great shape. I will be placing a third order very soon as I want to order some Christmas gifts. When my daughter saw all the pictures and canvas prints she was extremely impressed and will be placing an order soon.

Amazing product 10 out of 5 STAR

As always one is always hesitant of dealing with a new company for a first order. Their on line website was very friendly to use and great that you can see finish product. The photo I use was shot at low resolution (and special photo which could not be duplicated again) so cropping and enlarging had me questioning what the final product would look like. Yesterday my canvas print arrive and I was EXTREMELY satisfied as the print looked better that the photo on my phone. I now have my new GO TO PLACE for all my printing needs. Keep up the amazing work as it will make you successful company. I'd give them a 10 out if the possible 5 star rating.

Hi. Anyone else received a UPS invoice? I live un canada. As per Best canvas website, taxes and duty should be shouldered by best canvas.

A:

I live in Edmonton, Ab and get tracking info as soon as the item is shipped. Always arrives in 5 to 7 business days. They cover shipping over a certain amount and I have never had to pay duty.

It's not a scam at all. That last post is a troll. I'm just outside of Toronto and I've ordered and received my canvas more than once with no problems. Pick your country then you can enter your postal code.
